In case you didn’t already know… Rosie Perez IS hiphop.

In 1993 she had the chance to host her own HBO special, it was called “Rosie Perez Presents Society’s Ride”. She took this as a chance to showcase all the biggest names in rap music at the time Heavy D, Run DMC, Redman, Onyx and the list goes on. With the theme song done by none other than LONS, this show was certified DOPE.

The west coast was definitely in the house for this clip. Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg performing:
