The other 90’s rap posterboy for Obesity finally gets some love on MOD.  Chubb Rock just looks like an absolute giant.  He had a ton of big singles, not just Treat’ Em Right as every Dj who plays a throwback set seems to think.  This footage is him backstage and performing at a huge rap show called Rap Fest ‘92.  The bill was Cypress Hill, Chubb Rock, Pete Rock and CL Smooth and UMC’s.  I think my ticket cost $20-25 bucks and I still have the stub despite the fact that I never went.  I was in Grade 9 at the time and when my boy backed out last minute I stayed at home and listened to the Masterplan Show talk about how hype the show was going to be.

    ^ Guilty as charged.

Although I do play “The Chubbster” and Serch’s “Back To The Grill” now and then.

If you didn’t go why do you have only a stub?
