I love watching these old St. Ides commercials. They were the only company letting rappers be spokesmen at the time. Look at the clothes, Cube when he still had an edge and even JD before he went to jail. Talk about taking me back to a better time…..Look for more St. Ides commericals coming in the not to distant future.

I fast-forwarded this video at first until I saw a Compton hat or two flashing on screen. I totally forgot about the 1-900 craze this country went through in the early 90’s. I saw an interview recently with a few old school artists and they said that they never saw a dime of the money made for these phone lines. DOC is a punk anyway, he never responded to my message that I left for him.
