Kriss Kross was definitely a guilty pleasure for me when they first came out. Their image and branding were so on point(good job JD). From having 3 different crispy matching outfits with bangin sneakers and jackets to their simple but effective logo, their whole shit was super appealing to the young hip-hop fashion concious teenager that I was at the time.
It took me about a year to realize that they were kinda corny and so it is with a bit of chagrin that I present the Kriss Kross “Jump” megapost. 3 Different performances of the track all from the same period when this song and Jump Around had everybody working their fast-twitch muscles at every party.

actually, you probably should make another post of them doing “alright” with supercat on the arsenio hall show if you have it. it was a great performance and i used to watch my tape of it on a regular basis.

Hommie, Kriss Kross are legends in hip hop. They were the FIRST hip hop child act that could actually rap. When you were young, you couldnt understand the first albums. But, listen to them again, like I did. Kids were spitting some ill shit. DA BOMB album is a fuckin classic and I want you to fuckin acknowledge it…
