Tips voice is MY favorite voice in rap music, PERIOD. I been sayin that shit for years. Nobody else sounds like that on the mike and off. His charisma is a good way to describe it, but there is something else about the tonality in his voice that nobody else in early 90's hip hop had. What is funny is I always thought Magoo from Timbaland and Magoo was always tryin to sound like Tip haha. Both have the same kind of voice.
