I was studying at the University of Michigan at the time and they had a huge TV in the student lounge in South Quad. Most of the athletes were in residence in SQ and I can remember watching this with a whole crowd of people when Jalen Rose walked in with a couple of his boys while Snoop was performing "What's My Name?". That was major. Dre is cutting a lot of breaks over the track here, but I'm almost positive that one of them is "Dazz" by Brick. It's the break that Ice Cube used for No Vaseline.
