Whoa, hold up..so there’s a movie about Chris Wallace’s life coming out this week cosigned by his camp and it looks to be pretty thorough.  I’ll definitely go see it, hopefully with JC and the rest of the crew and am definitely looking forward to it.

However, what I really want to see is documentary footage and actual recordings of his career and more videos like this, not a feature film even though I know I’m probably going to really like it.

Regardless, to contribute to the overall excitement and do our own tribute to the man and his life, we’ve decided to open the floodgates on the rare and probably unseen or little-known footage that we have of B.I.G. doing the damn thing everyday this week.

Some may argue that this was actually B.I.G.’s biggest track despite not appearing on any album, it definitely got everybody talking about him and built up that reputation in the streets that helped him sell so many copies of his debut release, Ready To Die.

From the same Nike visor and Sergio Tacchini track suit performance as before, here’s a young and hungry Christopher Wallace blasting out his underground ode to R & B bitches, ‘Dreams’.  When I first heard this I was doubled over with laughter at the Xscape, Sade, Chaka Khan references, shit the whole song is pure comedy and was completely untouched territory at the time.  Considering how thorough this is, I can’t see anyone covering it and doing it justice.  Why would you try?
