im MR.MALIK'S real kuz....i was living with him an jamal at the time of there rise. i was behind the scene's writting for my lil kuz @ times, never got any credit, nor doe..it wasn't smart.but @ the time i was along for the ride as so many people that get ****ed behind closed doors...monica can co-sign that, ask her about (true a.k.a major thoughts) im on the back of her album in shout out's...they could have done big things but, they were.........if you wnat to hear the rest hit me up....@ (jamwave.com/eastkoast77) read my bio, it's all real...no bull ****...real talk....peace REST IN PEACE (LISA) she was like a sister 2 me...she took me in along with malik & jamal..we had great times together.(sade) was one of her favorite singers.we use to listen to her every morning..chilly use to come an get me an we would go to the waffle house an eat hardy..she also loves (sade) music.. we lived in (decatur) (A.T.L) (RIVERLAKES ESTATES). monica as well use to come to one of the many spots we had and bring food an just hang out, we was a family ya dig.im still grinding after that wild ride.i guess you can say i owe my lil kuz,he took me along for the ride in terms of the industry an (LISA LEFT EYE LOPEZ) taught me the inside game.behind close doors going's on..the industry is real ****in shady.if you have talent an they know they can't play with your money in any way, they will use third parties to get the work outta you in some form or fashion..they got it from me because of my love an passion for the music plus for my kuz (lil hersey)...dont get it twisted, he wrote song's, but you all must remember, they were kidz, so most of what he & jamal was pseaking on was from the perspective of older (g's) they had contact with such as myself an jamal's kuz (pervis) an the dude that shot his finger off one night we all was coming from the bowling alley..i forgot his name.. peace... one more thing, in those dayz it was special to be an artist, you had to have real talent ya dig.not saying artist these dayz dont.illegal was in a power struggle with (dallas austin) daily, dont get me wrong,he use to adhere to there trying demands and would end up tacking a hidden agenda to it.(busta ryhmes) gave them there name, @ this time sticky fingers an them were making major moves...so (dallas) an rowdy was on a timing thing ya dig,the numbers wasn't looking good for the most of it, an mailk an jamal was living out there name..they was wild as ****.stealing cars an all sorts of bugged out **** got them placed in a very sticky situation in terms of units to be soild.(colin wolf) which is (dr dre's) go to guy i terms of base lines an other things pertaining to music was a big factor in a few of the lead records that jumped off.but **** got stink after a bill board award for (we get's busy) feat (eric sermon)some of the respect an hype was waterd down.malik saw this an spoke to me about a move an not bowing down to the powers that be at the label, so i told him if he could get on a friend's album that was about to take the country by storm an he was like hell yeah, an that friend was (SNOOP DOGG). we got on a plain an hit (L.A)as soon as we get there we go to kick it with (xzibit) then hit snoopy up.(swoop g) dumb ass kept asking me why people from new york hated people from (CALI)..i shut him down an he looked really stupid the rest of the day, snoop screamed on him as well.anyway.malik spit his game at snoop an they left to th studio an made history. that move right there gave (malik) leverage. in many ways he nor i knew.but once back in the (A) an the label knew of this, they started treating us with kit gloves again.knowing all the while they had stock in that up keep that was soon to be released.i must say this, my lil kuz mailk was ahead of his time and a great thinker when **** was on the line. he was only 12 @ the time.hats off to him..................
