I saw that when it aired on KQED back in the day and have been trying to track it down just about ever since. I wish I knew enough about APG to tell their story. I don't think they really come off particularly well in the "Rap City Rhapsody" but they were a great group and really slept-on. Bustthefacts has posted their two albums and both are worth hearing, as is the Mello Mar/J-Cutt 12". Mello Mar and producer Taj Mahal are both still around. Mar released a solo CD in 2006 and Taj has been involved in a lot of $hort's releases. Thank you thank you thank you!
