Music Video Vault : Def Duo “Parlayin”

I had never heard of these guys. I was scanning a VHS tape the other day and came across this video. Something was a little off with the whole thing, then I saw it. Yes, that is Donnie Wahlberg in the video at about the 1:13 point, sporting the backpack no less. Marky’s bro is the executive producer so it was a necessity that the former Funky Bunch front man make his appearance as well at approx. 1:18. From 1992 on Interscope Records, Def Duo ‘Parlayin’ :

    Ah, the Def Duo. I still have the promo cassette I got to review when this came out in 92.

    Pretty terrible stuff. :)
