I am not sure but i don’t think HEAL was as big of a record as KRS was hoping for. H.E.A.L. is actually a movement that stands for: Human Education Against Lies. And as I stated there is an album by this name. Though I can’t say I have ever heard it. Here are the objectives of H.E.A.L. as listed on graffiti.org:

Help build reasoning skills needed for human behavior rather than focusing on the sleep techniques of memorization.
