In keeping with a tradition I haven’t been keeping, here is another in Yo!’s line of Live Friday performances in studio. For all intents and purposes this is an acapella version up until about he 2 minute mark. I just found out while on wikipedia, that their new album drops next Tuesday the 20th. I swear I didn’t plan posting this to coincide with the album release. I merely needed to get on the internweb to find something interesting to post about these guys. I think the whole purpose of this performance was for B-Real to annoy the shit out of me every time he says “Understand”

Cypress Hill is a good group and if your from the west coast you should always pay your respect to them. Cant wait for the new CD to drop.

a i got black sunday n some of they shit on my ipod but i wish to god them days would come 4 the rest of 010 i’m out.
